In the March 2019 issue of China Intellectual Property, the article "discussion on the originality of integrated circuit layout design" by Cellix was published. 

Cellix, as a well-known undertaking unit of semiconductor intellectual property judicial appraisal technology, has completed more than 500 semiconductor intellectual property analysis projects every year. Its technical level has been highly recognized by courts, appraisal institutions and law firms.

This paper expounds the originality of the layout design of integrated circuits, and discusses some problems encountered in the practice of the originality of the judicial expertise, in order to attract the attention of the public.
